Stuffed Omelette

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 4 nos
  • Milk – 180 ml
  • Capsicum Green – 1 pc
  • Babycorn – 4 pcs
  • Tomatoes – 2 small
  • Onion – 1 large
  • Mushroom – 200 gms
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions:

  • First chop onions, capsicum and tomatoes into cubes . After that cut babycorn into round slices and chop and fry the mushroom till they reduce in size.
  • Now in a baking dish break the eggs.

  • Now add milk to it .

  • Now add salt and pepper and whisk it.

  • After this add all the chopped vegetables to it.

  • Now mix it well and place the dish in the oven baked it at 180 degree for 20 mins .

  • Its ready to serve.

Cauliflower Quiche

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower – 1 medium
  • Salt
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Capsicum – 1 small
  • Cheddar cheese -2 cubes
  • Eggs – 4

Instructions:

  • Grate the cauliflower and sprinkle salt and pepper if you want you can add grated cheese and put this mixture on a greased pie dish.

  • Now spread it evenly and bake for 15 mins @180 degrees.

  • Now cut the vegetables of your choice  I have added green capsicum ,tomatoes and grated cheese. Also add salt and pepper to it before placing it into the baking dish.

  • Now break the eggs and beat them well and then add it.

  • Now put it back in the oven once again to get baked for 15 mins @180 degree. After 15 mins just check if the eggs are not done then you can bake it for more 5 mins .

  • Let it cool and remove the Quiche from the dish  and it’s ready to serve.

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices – 6
  • Eggs -3
  • Milk – 5 tbsp
  • Green chilly – 1
  • Green capsicum -1/4 pc.
  • Red capsicum- 1/4 pc
  • Onion- 1 medium
  • Salt
  • Pepper -1 tsp
  • Oil

Instructions:

  • Firstly take the bread slices and roll them using  a rolling pin

  • The bread will get bit thin.

  • Now in a container add finely chopped chillies, cubed capsicum both red and green,  chopped onions, milk,  salt, pepper and eggs.

  • Mix them well.

  • After that take the muffin tray grease it we’ll and put bread into the muffin cup so that they become like cups and put it in the oven for 5 mins.

  • Now remove it from the oven and pour the omelette mixture into these cup and place them in the oven for 15 mins.

Ingredients

  • Coconut grated – 1/2 pc
  • Eggs – 4 now
  • Kashmiri red chili – 6 now
  • Peppercorn – 1 tsp
  • Corriander seeds – 2 TSP
  • Garlic – 7 cloves
  • Turmeric powder – 1 TSP
  • Tomato -1
  • Onion – 1
  • Cinamon stick – 1 inch
  • Tamrind pulp – 1 tbsp
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Firstly make the coconut paste. In a grinder or blender put the grated coconut, kashmiri chilli, corriander seed, garlic, peppercorn, cinamom stick and turmeric powder. Add some water and make a fine paste.
  • Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in a cooking pot and once the oil is heated add 2 tsp of mustard seeds and green chilly.

  • Once they crackle after a min or two add finely chopped onions and fry till they are translucent.

Ingredients:

  • Chowmein – 4 packets
  • Eggs -2 nos
  • Green capsicum – 1/2
  • Red capsicum – 1/2
  • Yellow capsicum – 1/2
  • Garlic – 7 cloves
  • Onion – 2
  • Carrot – 2 nos
  • Tomatoes – 2 nos
  • Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilly sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions:

  • Firstly boil some water in a cooking pot and then once the water comes to boil add the chowmein packet.

  • Now chop all the veggies. You can use any vegetable of your choice add chopped green chilly if you want it more spicy.

  • Also keep checking the chow don’t let it get over cooked once the chowmein is cooked drain out extra water and drizzle some oil and mix well so that it doesn’t stick to each other.

  • Potatoes – 5 medium size cut in cubes
  • Tomatoes – 4 medium size  cut in cubes
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp

  • Corriander powder – 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
