Ingredients:

  • Mutton – 1 kg
  • Ginger Garlic – 2 tbsp
  • Hung curd – 1/2 cup
  • Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
  • Bay leaves – 2
  • Black cardamom -1
  • Onion – 4
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 1.5 cup finely chopped
  • Boiled potatoes – 3 ( optional)
  • Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

Ingredients:

  •  Mutton – 500 gms
  • Onion – 3 large ( fry and grind them)
  • Red chilly powder – 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Poppy seeds – 1 tsp
  • Hung curd – 2 tbsp

  • Mutton – 500gms
  • Basmati rice – 750 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste – 3 tbsp
  • Fried onion – 3 large
  • Onion – 2 medium size
  • Potatoes – 4 medium

  • Mutton – 1kg
  • Red Chilly Powder- 2 tsp
  • Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • Almond paste – 1 tbsp
  • Hung Curd : 4 tbsp
  • Hing / Asafoetida – 1 small pinch

  • Mutton – 1 kg
  • Tomatoes- 9 medium
  • Cumin powder – 2tsp
  • Ginger garlic chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Pepper – 1 tbsp

  • Firstly roasted the pepper, coriander and cumin seed. I use roasted cumin powder so I have not roasted cumin seeds.

  • Now let the cool down and using pestle just crush it.

  • Now crush it coarsely and keep aside.

  • Now put dry red chillies in a grinder and crush it.

  • Now place the pressure cooker over medium flame and let it get heated. Once heated add ghee to it.

  • Mutton mince: 500 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • Onion – 5 medium sized
  • Tomatoes – 3 large
