Ingredients:
- Mutton – 500 gms
- Onion – 3 large ( fry and grind them)
- Red chilly powder – 3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Poppy seeds – 1 tsp
- Hung curd – 2 tbsp
- Bay leaves – 3
- Cinnamon sticks – 1 inch
- Black cardamom – 1
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions:
- Wash the mutton properly and in a heavy bottom vessel pour some oil you can use ghee instead of oil to inhance the flavor and add mutton prices and shallow fry for 5 mins till the color changes.
- Now after this put these pieces in the pressure cooker add salt ,roughly chopped 1 large onion ,1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and 100 ml of water. Cook for 4 whistle on a high flame so that the meat is tender.

- Mutton – 500gms
- Basmati rice – 750 gms
- Ginger garlic paste – 3 tbsp
- Fried onion – 3 large
- Onion – 2 medium size
- Potatoes – 4 medium
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

- Ginger garlic paste – 2.5 Tbsp
- Red chilly powder – 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1.5 tsp

Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 1 medium
- Salt
- Pepper – 1 tsp
- Capsicum – 1 small
- Cheddar cheese -2 cubes
- Eggs – 4
Instructions:
- Grate the cauliflower and sprinkle salt and pepper if you want you can add grated cheese and put this mixture on a greased pie dish.
- Now spread it evenly and bake for 15 mins @180 degrees.
- Now cut the vegetables of your choice I have added green capsicum ,tomatoes and grated cheese. Also add salt and pepper to it before placing it into the baking dish.
- Now break the eggs and beat them well and then add it.
- Now put it back in the oven once again to get baked for 15 mins @180 degree. After 15 mins just check if the eggs are not done then you can bake it for more 5 mins .
- Let it cool and remove the Quiche from the dish and it’s ready to serve.

- Chicken Keema : 200gms
- Whole wheat flour dough
- Cheese sheets or grated cheese

- Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp

- Onion -1medium
- White pepper – 2tsp
- Black pepper – 8 nos.

- Cumin powder – 2tsp

Ingredients:
- Mutton mince: 500 gms
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 5 medium sized
- Tomatoes – 3 large
- Red capsicum – 1 optional
