Bottle gourd cooked in Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • Bottle Gourd : 500gms
  • Red onion – 1 large
  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs
  • Green chillies – 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1 pinch
  • Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

  • Heat the pan over medium flame and then pour the musturd oil and let it get smoky .if you don’t want to use mustard oil then you can use any oil of your choice but I choose to go with mustard oil cause of the flavor. And add the chopped onions and chillies.

  • Fry the onions till they are golden brown.

  • Now add the bottle gourd to it.

  • After this add the finely chopped tomatoes.

  • Mix well and then add red chilly powder it’s optional just add it if you want this to be bit spicy. Add salt to it. Mix well.

Cauliflower Quiche

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower – 1 medium
  • Salt
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Capsicum – 1 small
  • Cheddar cheese -2 cubes
  • Eggs – 4

Instructions:

  • Grate the cauliflower and sprinkle salt and pepper if you want you can add grated cheese and put this mixture on a greased pie dish.

  • Now spread it evenly and bake for 15 mins @180 degrees.

  • Now cut the vegetables of your choice  I have added green capsicum ,tomatoes and grated cheese. Also add salt and pepper to it before placing it into the baking dish.

  • Now break the eggs and beat them well and then add it.

  • Now put it back in the oven once again to get baked for 15 mins @180 degree. After 15 mins just check if the eggs are not done then you can bake it for more 5 mins .

  • Let it cool and remove the Quiche from the dish  and it’s ready to serve.

Ingredients:

  • Paneer : 200gms
  • Onion – 50gms chop finely
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric : 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Corriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Cream – 2 tbsp
  • Curd – 100 ml
  • Salt
  • Cashew paste – 1 tbsp
  • Ghee- 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp

Instructions:

  • Firstly heat the ghee in a cooking vessel and add the finely chopped onion and fry till it’s golden.

  • Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.

  • After that add red chilly powder,  cumin powder, corriander powder and turmeric powder.

Ingredients:

  • Babycorn – 250 gms
  • Mushroom – 200 gms
  • Peas – 100 gms
  • Boiled onion – 1 large
  • Boiled Tomatoes – 4nos medium
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 2 tsp
  • Corriander powder – 1 tbsp

Ingredients:

  • Parval/ pointed gourd : 250 gms
  • Potatoes : 3 medium cut into square.
  • Onion : 1 grind it into paste
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes – 4 medium cut in squares
  • Cumin powder – 1tsp
  • Red chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Coriander powder -2 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp

  • Paneer – 200 gms
  • Capsicum green – 1 cut in cubes
  • Carrots – 2 cut in juliennes
