Paneer Butter Masala

Paneer Butter masala it’s a classic repice. Favorite of most of us.Recipe below. Try it and let me know. This serves 4 persons.

Ingredients:

  • Paneer/ cottage cheese- 400 gms cut in cubes
  • Butter – 50 gms
  • Onion – 1 large grind into paste
  • Tomato puree – 200 ml
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder – 1.5 tsp
  • Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
  • Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
  • Kastoori meethi – 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala- 1 tsp
  • Corriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Corriander leaves to garnish (optional)
  • Sugar – 1 tsp (optional)

Instructions:

  • Heat butter in the cooking pan over medium flame and to it add a tsp of oil in order to avoid it from burning. Then to it add the onion paste.

Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 400gms
  • Sauf -1. 5 tbsp
  • Musturd powder-1/2 tsp
  • Kalunji seeds – 1 tsp
  • Meethi – 1 pinch
  • Jeera – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1 tsp
  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree – 1 cup
  • Curd – 1/2 cup
  • Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Chat masala – 1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder  1.5 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice – 1 tbsp
  • Green chilly- 4 grind it if you want it to be extra spicy and add to the gravy.

Palak Panner

Ingredients:

  • Spinach / Palak – 500 gms
  •  Tofu / Paneer / cottage cheese:200 gms
  • Onion -1 large
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
  • Green chilly – 3
  • Cumin seed- 2 tsp
  • Tomato – 3
  • Cashew – 10 nos
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Kastori Meethi – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Firstly wash the palak Or spinach properly and then blanch it out  It’s always better to use baby spinach leaves. Now in a pan pour the oil and add cumin seeds and let them splutter . Then add the onion and fry it so that it’s golden brown in color.

  • Now let it cool once it cools put it in a blender along with blanched spinach and to it add green chilly and make a paste out of it.

Ingredients:

  • Paneer : 200gms
  • Onion – 50gms chop finely
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric : 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Corriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Cream – 2 tbsp
  • Curd – 100 ml
  • Salt
  • Cashew paste – 1 tbsp
  • Ghee- 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp

Instructions:

  • Firstly heat the ghee in a cooking vessel and add the finely chopped onion and fry till it’s golden.

  • Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.

  • After that add red chilly powder,  cumin powder, corriander powder and turmeric powder.

  • Onion – 2 medium finely chopped

Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 200 gms
  • Capsicum green – 1 cut in cubes
  • Carrots – 2 cut in juliennes
  • Green chilly – 3 finely chopped & 2 slit from middle
  • Ginger – 1 inch piece finely chopped
  • Garlic – 6 cloves finely chopped
  • Onion – 2 small cut in cubes
  • Cornflour – 4 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt – 1 big pinch

  • Firstly marinate the paneer cubes. To marinate them in a bowl take cornflour to it add salt pepper soy sauce 1tsp and egg is optional use it incase you want a soft fluffy batter else you can discard it. Ingredients:

  • Paneer- 250 gms
  • Capsicum – 1 pcs cut in cubes
  • Green chilly – 1 pc slit from between
  • Onion Paste – 2 Tbsp
  • Tomato Puree – 1 cup

  • Cottage Cheese/ Paneer – 250 gms
  • Onion – 2 nos medium size
  • Green Chillies – 3 nos
  • Tomato – 1 nos big
  • Red  Capsicum – 1/4
  • Yellow capsicum – 1/4

Ingredients:-

  • Boiled onion – 2 nos
  • Boiled green chilies –  2 nos
  • Paneer – 250 gms
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • Cashew – 2 Tbsp
  • Curd – 100 ml
  • Milk Cream – 50 ml
  • Melon seed – 1 tsp
  • Sesame Seeds – 1 Tbsp
