Stuffed Omelette

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 4 nos
  • Milk – 180 ml
  • Capsicum Green – 1 pc
  • Babycorn – 4 pcs
  • Tomatoes – 2 small
  • Onion – 1 large
  • Mushroom – 200 gms
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions:

  • First chop onions, capsicum and tomatoes into cubes . After that cut babycorn into round slices and chop and fry the mushroom till they reduce in size.
  • Now in a baking dish break the eggs.

  • Now add milk to it .

  • Now add salt and pepper and whisk it.

  • After this add all the chopped vegetables to it.

  • Now mix it well and place the dish in the oven baked it at 180 degree for 20 mins .

  • Its ready to serve.
